Apply Velvet Skin Whitener to clean, dry skin.

STEP 1

Dispense 2 pumps of Velvet into your hands and begin to apply it in a circular motion on your forehead, cheekbones, upper lip, chin, and neck. If you deem it necessary, you can continue the application down to your décolleté.

STEP 2

You can apply another pump to focus on areas with more spots, even leaving it on overnight as a mask in that localized area to enhance its depigmenting action.
