1. Confirmation and Delivery

   • Once your order is placed, the transport agency will contact you via email, SMS, and phone call before attempting delivery.
   • There will be two delivery attempts at the provided address.
   • If there is no response during the first delivery, our transport agency courier will try to contact you by phone to arrange an alternative delivery date and location. If we are unable to deliver your shipment after the second attempt, we will deposit it at the nearest parcel shop.
   • You have 2 days to pick it up.

2. Express 24 Cash on Delivery Rates

   • From €1 to €69: €9.95
   • From €69.01 to €99.00: €8.95
   • Above €99.01: €7.95

3. Returns Process

   • If you need to return any product, please follow the process indicated on our returns and withdrawal page.

4. Payment Methods

   • Payment is only accepted in cash at the time of delivery.

5. Area Restrictions

   • Please note that we do not offer cash on delivery shipments to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla.

6. Consequences of Non-Collection

   • If the package is not collected and paid for by the customer within the specified deadlines, the user will be removed from our system. Additionally, that user will not be able to make any further purchases using the cash on delivery method in our online store.
