Reasons why I can return a product.
The reasons for which you can return a product are:
· Because the product has manufacturing defects*
· Because it is not your request
· Due to an incident in transportation (breakages, etc.)
If your case is not one of these, contact us at the email shop@natvral-lavde.com and remember to always indicate the number of your order, (it would be something similar to this #1200/21) we will be happy to help you by telling us the following in the email.

Send us your email address and order number to check the products in your order.

Next, indicate the name of the product/treatment that appears on the copy of the order that you want to return.

Tell us the reason why you want to make the return.

You will find the order number on the invoice or in the confirmation email.

If the entire order or some products in it are damaged, you must contact our “Customer Service”.

*Due to the 100% natural origin of the raw materials that make up the product, it is normal that slight changes in color may occur between different batches of the same product.

What should I do to return a product?

a) If it meets the requirements to be a returned product, you must contact us via shop@natvral-lavde.com indicating the delivery note number and informing us of the reason for the return.

If it is one of the aforementioned cases, NATVRAL LAVDE will accept your return and will take care of the collection and shipping costs and will exchange it for the same product or one of the same amount.

b) In case of non-compliance by the customer with the previous points, it will be the customer himself who must pay the shipping costs to recover his order.

What is the deadline to make the return?
It depends on the return case:

Because the product has manufacturing defects* NATVRAL LAVDE will carry out a quality control to verify the condition of the product) – 30 days from the date of receipt of the product.
Because it is not your order (NATVRAL LAVDE error) -Manipulated or opened products will not be accepted – 15 days from the date of receipt of the product.
Due to an incident in transportation (breakages, etc.) – 48 hours from the date of receipt of the product.

REMEMBER: All returns must be previously accepted by NATVRAL LAVDE.

During the return periods you can return the product you want in case you are not satisfied with your purchase. Products must be returned in their original condition, and with their original packaging, and unopened.

The refund of the product(s) will be made when we have received the product(s) subject to the return in our distribution center. »

FREE RETURN OF ITEMS
You have 15 days to make the return at no cost. If you want to return a product, please read the following terms and conditions first:

Cosmetic products (cream, makeup, lotion, gel, shampoo, shower foam, etc.) can only be returned if they have not been opened and in their original packaging for hygienic reasons. Unfortunately, we cannot collect open containers, tubes, jars or jars.


Accessories can only be returned if they have not been used, stained or washed and as long as they still have their original tag attached.

Underwear can only be returned if the package in which it was sent has not been opened.


We may accept exchanges or returns as long as the products are in good condition, free of defects, in their original packaging and in an original, sturdy shipping box.

NATVRAL LAVDE reserves the right to reject items that the customer has used or damaged.
