Confirmation and Delivery
- Once your order has been placed, the transport agency will contact you via email, SMS and phone call before attempting delivery.
- There will be two delivery attempts at the address provided.
- In the event that there is no response during the first delivery, our transport agency delivery person will try to contact you by telephone to arrange a delivery on an alternative date and location. If after the second attempt we are unable to deliver your shipment, we will deposit it at the nearest parcelshop delivery point.
- You have 2 days to pick it up.
