  1. Confirmation and Delivery

    • Once your order has been placed, the transport agency will contact you via email, SMS and phone call before attempting delivery.
    • There will be two delivery attempts at the address provided.
    • In the event that there is no response during the first delivery, our transport agency delivery person will try to contact you by telephone to arrange a delivery on an alternative date and location. If after the second attempt we are unable to deliver your shipment, we will deposit it at the nearest parcelshop delivery point.
    • You have 2 days to pick it up.

  2. Express Cash on Delivery Rates 24 hours

    • From €1 to €49: €8.95
    • From €49.01 to €89.00: €6.95
    • Over €89.01: €4.95
