Card payment:

In our online store we also work with the secure payment platform STRIPE and REDSYS, we have the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa Electron, American Express Diners, Red 6000 cards and PayPal. All of them comply with the 3D Secure™ (or 3DS) regulations.

It is a security system for online payments with bank cards. This system works for Visa and MasterCard cards.

The cardholder authentication procedure is very simple and consists of 3 stages.

- When booking the ticket on our website, the card details must be indicated.

- After verification, a 3D Secure™ window opens: the cardholder's bank asks you to enter certain data to verify if you are the owner of the card.

In most cases, this is a one-time code that the bank sends by SMS to the mobile phone.

- Finally, after confirming the previous stage*, and authorizing the payment, the purchase is confirmed.

For what reason can my card be rejected?
Your card may be declined for one of the following reasons:
· The card could be expired. Check that your card does not exceed its validity date.

· The card limit may have been reached. Check with your bank that the card has not exceeded the amount allowed to make purchases.

· Some information entered may be incorrect. Check that you have correctly filled in all the necessary fields

Can I have the invoice in the name of my company?
All shipments are accompanied by a delivery note. To obtain an invoice you must contact us via shop@natvral-lavde.com indicating the delivery note number with all the tax information of your company and we will send it to your email address.

Is it safe to use my credit card in the purchasing process on this website?
