I TEACH YOU HOW TO TAKE CARE OF IT

Hello girls, the protagonist of today's article is the skin. The one that always accompanies us and protects us from external agents that can harm us wherever we go, therefore, it is of utmost importance to treat it well and pamper it.

Many times we do not give it the importance it really deserves, but today we dedicate the entire post to discover how to treat it and thus make it look more radiant than ever.

The skin is not a simple wrapper, since it occupies an approximate surface area of 2m² and has a weight of about 5 kg depending on the person. It has a complex composition, interacts with the environment and performs vital functions. Our skin is made up of a large number of cells that are responsible for protecting our body from external factors that can make us sick.

We must protect it from the sun, pollution, climate changes... because they are key to its weakness and premature aging.

Despite its very fine appearance, 3 different layers of cells are superimposed that have different functions:

The epidermis, dermis and hypodermis.

  • Epidermis: It is the first, outermost layer of the skin and the main barrier between the body and the outside world. In addition, it is responsible for defending us from germs, bacteria, fungi and UVA rays among other threats.
  • Dermis: It is the middle, thick and elastic layer. Where you can see the blood vessels that provide the skin with the necessary nutrients while eliminating waste. Due to its cellular composition and nervous structures, it is responsible for making us feel cold, heat, pain or tickling.
  • Hypodermis: It is the subcutaneous tissue, which is closest to the muscles and its main function is to store fat and because of this, it is responsible for maintaining body temperature.

Do you really know your skin?

With the passage of time, the skin undergoes some changes and wears out, sometimes losing its beauty, thickness, density, elasticity and smoothness. However, even if we think not, it is also possible for this to happen to young skin if the right precautions are not taken at the right time.

Knowing our skin and knowing how to take care of it is essential. Cleaning it, hydrating it and nourishing it are the bases to get the most out of it.

Let's go with some tips to keep in mind:
